Events in les Vosges

As a sport resort, Gerardmer hosts many international competitions, and also large national and international cultural events.

In september, The Gerardmer International triathlon welcomes high level sport competitors, and some beginners as well, with several challenges : Triathlon XL, the triathlon Olympic distance, The triathlon first trial, and also the Trikid for the 12-15 years old kids and the Mini Trikids for 8-11 years old kids.

In January, the Fantastic'Arts International Festival welcomes more than ten thousands fans of fantastic movies that get the opportunity to meet with directors and film producers. This event, which has been held since 1994, has become a must-attempt!

In April, don’t miss the Daffodils Festival, which celebrates one of the symbols of Gérardmer through a spectacular flowered corso. 

Also in April, the association Gerardmer Auto Passion organizes the retro racing car show. A unique opportunity to admire jewels of French, American, German or Italian collection that were on the tracks of the largest international race rings.

At the end of May, bikers and rock lovers meet for the very original Gerardmer Motordays festival, which combines concerts and bike shows in the exceptional environment of Les vosges.

On the 14th of July and the 14th August, Les Pyrosymphonies du Lac, two huge fireworks taking place over the lake! A show that attracts a large number of visitors every year.

In August, La Traversée du lac de Gérardmer brings together high-level swimmers who compete for a qualification at the French Open Water Swimming Cup.
